Module manufacture, structural steel, MEPF services installed, external facades and cladding, internal finishes, cabinetry, bathroom fit-out, electrical fit-out. 98% complete before shipping.
02 - Shipping and Transport
From Vietnam to your site.
Ocean freight from Vietnam to the United States, wide-load road transport to your project site. Logistics coordination handled by our team.
03 - Installation
Crane-set and commissioning support.
We provide technical guidance, sequencing documentation, and on-site coordination support. Your contractor handles crane, rigging, and final utility connections.

No. Preliminary pricing is an indicative range based on your program. Fixed-price contracts are issued after design development and scope confirmation. The preliminary range gives you a reliable basis for feasibility before committing to further design spend.
Site preparation, foundation, local permitting, crane and rigging contractor, final utility connections, and common area finishing are not included. These are your contractor's scope and vary significantly by site and location.
Preliminary pricing is typically provided within 2 business days of receiving your program. Fixed-price contract pricing follows design development and takes 4-6 weeks depending on project complexity.
Yes. We can provide preliminary product and shipping pricing based on your target region. Site-specific logistics are confirmed once a site is secured.
